What is MKUTANO?

MKUTANO (Swahili for Meeting Place) is an online participatory platform where Black Canadians can effectively & democratically organize at scale. We eliminate silos to enable accelerated development.

Here we discuss, debate, deliberate, and vote to reach consensus on important community issues, and development. We also plan and implement our development through coordination, cooperation, and collaboration.

We determine our collective priorities, which enables us to accurately communicate our demands to Governments and Civil Society.
